From the Handbook: "We hope this handbook will make it easier for you to integrate into the larger Military Family. Life with the military will bring many changes and challenges, but with a smile and a positive attitude it can be the adventure of a lifetime. This handbook covers general information concerning the military as well as information specific to your time here at Fort Rucker, the home of Army Aviation. After arrival at your first military duty location, you and your Soldier should acquaint yourselves with the area and the post/base facilities. You are also encouraged to attend a newcomers’ briefing or orientation."
