DPTMS - Training Division

The Training Division coordinates and directs installation matters pertaining to Active Component, Reserve Component , and Reserve Officer Training Corps support and training functions. Training Division operates the Training Support Center, provides training aids and device support, visual information, and multimedia support services and management. TSC operates and maintains the Installation range and training land complex.

The mission of the Training Division consists of:

  • Providing Ranges and Training Areas to enhance units' ability to attain mission standards;
  • Assisting units with range/TA planning to support military skills training;
  • Administering training programs for civilians and contract personnel, including range safety and professional development;
  • Providing administrative, logistical and training support to all assigned personnel to adequately support internal and external requirements;
  • Maintaining all ranges in the highest state of readiness; and
  • Installation Ammunition Management Office.
