The ID Card section is located in the Soldier Service Center, Bldg. 5700, Room 160. Hours of operation are Mondays thru Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For information, please call (334) 255-2182.
Effective August 24, 2015, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (normal duty hours) will be set aside for appointments only. Walk-in customers will be seen on an emergency basis (e.g. Lost CAC/ID card, Pin Reset, DD Form 1172, In/Out Processing, and Retirees renewing ID card).
Appointments can be made up to 120 days out. Cards can be renewed up to 90 days prior to expiration date.
