The ID Card section is located in the Soldier Service Center, Bldg. 5700, Room 160. Hours of operation are Mondays thru Fridays from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. For information, please call (334) 255-2182.
Effective February 9, 2015, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. (normal duty hours) will be set aside for appointments only. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. (normal duty hours) will be for walk-in customers only.
Appointments can be made up to 120 days out. Cards can be renewed up to 90 days prior to expiration date.
